Washington DC YSA North Stake and Rumi Forum Partner with Thrive DC in Community Service

On September 15, 2025, Thrive DC shared a heartfelt note of gratitude recognizing the service of volunteers from the Washington DC Young Single Adult (YSA) North Stake and the Rumi Forum. Together, the two groups partnered with Thrive DC to support their mission of meeting basic needs for individuals experiencing housing instability and food insecurity in the District.

“Your time, effort, and commitment have made a meaningful impact on the lives of so many in our community, and we are truly grateful for all that you’ve done. Volunteers like you are at the heart of our mission, and your support helps us create a positive environment for those in need.”

The service project highlighted the power of partnership between faith-based and interfaith organizations working alongside community nonprofits in addressing critical needs across Washington, DC.
